Thoughts from Kevin
As mentioned last week, Kevin and his team would be the driving forces for developing the pilots and setting the design standard which would put the company on the path to building some of the most important brands in the interactive space.
I thought we might try something a little different this week and hear directly from Kevin. Three things I will say in advance: the CNET TV team I am not, Kevin is in France so the video and audio is a bit spotty, and as you might notice, we jumble up the timeline a bit.
You can access this is a couple of ways: either via video broken into five segments or in a single listen as a podcast. I am doing my best and would really appreciate thoughts, help or advice on how it can be improved.

Now we have pilots and a larger team as we look at the rest of 1994. Would it be easier to find a home for our programming? We thought yes, but as you will learn it would be an incredibly tough year on that front. But also some important things would happen in 1994: the interactive side would begin to get more focus, Fred would refine the CNET branding, some amazing people would join the team, we would produce a home video about the Internet and we would be introduced to Paul Allen,
